Cancellation Policy

Order Modification: If you need to change the product or delivery address after placing the order, contact us using the details above. There is no need to cancel the order for modifications.

We offer refunds on products that meet the following criteria:
You may request a refund within 3 days from the date of delivery of the product. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process your refund request.

Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7 -10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7.Manufacturer warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
8.Refund Time Taken
If payment was made through our payment gateway, refunds will be issued to the same account used for the transaction. For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed to the buyer’s bank account. Please note that refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
Returns or refunds will not be applicable if the seal of the product is opened and the product is not found to be faulty.
9.Convenience fee
A convenience fee of 2%+GST will be deducted for orders canceled by the buyer before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, a 5%+GST charge will apply if the buyer cancels the order. If the buyer wishes to modify the order after it has been shipped, a 3%+GST deduction will be made from the refund amount. No charges apply for modifying the order before shipping. These deductions will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated upon receiving the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
